When you stand in front of an audience, your feet must stay firm on the ground. Our TAMANGUR* loafers, with the special addition ‘for stage’, were developed specially for Paavo Järvi. He is already wearing them on stage.
The Loafer TAMANGUR is suitable for all men who like it simple: just slip in and look great. The elaborate welted loafer comes without tassels and cross tape. The front seam and the two V-shaped slits for easy access make the foot look slim. For the formal as well as the sporty-elegant appearance. With leather sole and anti-slip latex inlay in the heel area.
PRODUCTION
Cervo Volante deerskin shoes are designed by Piret Puppart and handcrafted at Silvano Sassetti in Monte San Pietrangeli, Italy. Welt sewn and with a Goodyear Flex cork sole for a soft roll.
SOLES
The shoes are equipped with a pure, noble leather sole in Italian style.
LEATHER
The shoes are made of 100% Swiss deerskin, from animals that lived in the wild and were shot there on the hunt. The bumps and scratches on the leather are traces of this wild life and a sign of authenticity and uniqueness. All leather is 100% vegetable tanned in the canton of Bern, without chrome and without synthetic tanning agents.
LEATHER COLOUR
The colours correspond to the natural colouring caused by the tanning process. This model comes in the following colours (as long as available):
Dark brown (tanned with oak and dyed with iron oxide brown)
Black (tanned with oak and dyed black with charcoal)

*The wild TAMANGUR area is located in the Lower Engadine and is known for its magnificent old Swiss stone pine forest. The highest in Europe. Swiss stone pines like those in the Tamangur forest are seen as a symbol of tenacity, the will to survive and strength. Our Tamangur loafer provides precisely this grounding and rootedness, yet is light and elegant to wear.
