VAL FLIN* is the first high-heeled boot in our selection, inspired by the 60s \u2013 specially London\u2019s iconic Carnaby Street. These ankle boots have double-layered top, a rounded toe and block heel. The chunky beech wood heel feels comfortable and steady; and is high enough to reveal Cervo\u2019s signature bug on the inner side. Made in Italy using fully vegetable tanned Swiss Cervo Volante leather. The boots have no zipper, which might break and affect their longevity. On the contrary, they can be comfortably pulled on.\u00a0 Do not forget to peek inside to check the embossed pattern on the insole and stylishly engraved lining.<\/span><\/p>\n

PRODUCTION<\/span>
\nCervo Volante deerskin shoes are designed and handcrafted by Piret Pupart at Silvano Sassetti in Monte San Pietrangeli, Italy. Welt sewn and with a Goodyear Flex cork sole for a soft roll.<\/span><\/p>\n

LEATHER<\/span>
\nThe shoes are made of 100% Swiss deerskin, from animals that lived in the wild and were shot there on the hunt. The bumps and scratches on the leather are traces of this wild life and a sign of authenticity and uniqueness. All leather is 100% vegetable tanned in the canton of Bern, without chrome and without synthetic tanning agents.<\/span><\/p>\n

LEATHER COLOUR<\/span>
\nThe colours correspond to the natural colouring caused by the tanning process. This model comes in the following colours (as long as available):
\nCognac (tanned with MIMOSA\/QUEBRACHO)
\nOlive brown (tanned with VALONEA OAK)<\/span><\/p>\n

* Our Cervo team has called these boots VAL FLIN \u2013 and they are as pretty as the place which has given them name. VAL FLIN is a small but steep and rocky alpine valley. It starts in the river Inn and reaches up to the Swiss National Park.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
