Delivery times
Stock items are usually ready for dispatch after 2-4 days, optional items after 10 weeks. Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein takes 1-3 days, shipping to Europe and overseas between 5 – 25 days.
Shipping costs
Delivery to Switzerland & Liechtenstein: Shipping within Switzerland is charged at a flat rate of CHF 5. Shipping is free for orders over CHF 150. No shipping fee is charged for exchanges of goods.
Deliveries abroad: A flat fee of EUR 33 is charged for shipping abroad. Please note that VAT, import duties and other charges are to be borne by the customer.
Returns
Returnable items can be sent back to Cervo Volante within 14 days of the invoice date. The goods must be returned to Cervo Volante new, without signs of use, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition including label(s) and original packaging as well as the invoice. Shoes must also be returned in their original packaging. The original packaging of the shoes (shoe box) may itself serve as the return packaging. The costs for the return shipment will be borne by the customer.

The right of return is excluded for the following products:
- Items from special promotions (e.g. sale, special sales).
- Items with the note “this item cannot be returned”.
If the above products are defective, incomplete or in poor condition, they can be returned. In this case, Cervo Volante will endeavour to provide a replacement of equal value. If this is not possible, the money already paid will be refunded.
Credit notes from returned goods will be made to the customer’s account. Orders that have already been paid for in advance by credit card will be refunded to the credit card. In the case of abusive orders (e.g. of different sizes of an item to try on), Cervo Volante reserves the right to refuse the return.
