Val Flin is the first high-heeled boot in our selection, inspired by the 60s – specially London’s iconic Carnaby Street. These ankle boots have double-layered top, a rounded toe and block heel. The chunky beech wood heel feels comfortable and steady; and is high enough to reveal Cervo’s signature bug on the inner side. Made in Italy using fully vegetable tanned Swiss VoVo-leather. The boots have no zipper, which might break and affect their longevity. On the contrary, they can be comfortably pulled on. Do not forget to peek inside to check the embossed pattern on the insole and stylishly engraved lining.
Our Cervo team has called these boots VAL FLIN – and they are as pretty as the place which has given them name. VAL FLIN is a small but steep and rocky alpine valley. It starts in the river Inn and reaches up to the Swiss National Park.
Despite its 7-centimetre heel, your VAL FLIN will enable you to walk safely in the mountains and valleys, thanks to the almost invisible anti-slip natural caoutchouc crepe added to the leather sole (just like VAL VERDA). Even the staggering path from the taxi to your door at half six on a Saturday morning is not too hard for VAL FLINs. Finally at home and in bed, BUT, don’t forget to take good care of your shoes and let them dry after dancing in the rain….
Shoe colour depends on vegetable tanning agents. For this model you can choose from the following colours (if available):
COGNAC (tanned with MIMOSA/QUEBRACHO)
Brown (tanned with VALONEA OAK)
